  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese, whipped
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed walnuts or pecans
  • 1 large jar drained maraschino cherries

Directions

    Bake a 10 x 13-inch sheet cake as directed.

    Mix together in bowl the cream cheese, milk, pudding mix and pineapple.

    Spoon over cooled cake.

    Spread Cool Whip over pineapple mixture.

    Garnish with nuts and cherries.

    Cut in 24 squares.
