- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. spice cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. reserved pineapple juice and water
Directions

1Bake in an electric frypan.

2Line skillet with waxed paper. Melt margarine in skillet at 200°.

3Turn selector off.

4Spread brown sugar, then spread with crushed pineapple.

5Prepare cake mix, adding 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.

6Pour cake batter into frypan.

7Turn heat selector to 270°.

8Cover with frypan lid, open vent.

9Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
