  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 8 pineapple slices
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Layer oleo, brown sugar and pineapple slices in 8 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cream Crisco and sugar; then add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and salt.
