Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 to 8 slices pineapple
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- juice from the pineapple
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to package instructions.

2Add pineapple juice to cake batter.

3Combine brown sugar, butter and 2 tablespoons water in cast iron frypan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

4Be careful not to scorch.

5Remove from heat and arrange pineapple in sugar mixture.

6Pour cake batter over arranged pineapple mixture Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake is done in center.
