  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • crushed pineapple
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 beaten egg whites

    Put butter, brown sugar and crushed pineapple in bottom of baking dish.
