- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 8 canned pineapple, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Melt 1/4 cup butter in iron skillet.

2Sprinkle brown sugar on top, then place pineapple on top of that.

3Beat eggs until light. Add gradually salt and sugar.

4Heat milk to boiling.

5Add to 1 tablespoon butter.

6Beat into egg mixture; add vanilla.

7Add flour to egg mixture.

8Beat quickly until blended.

9Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
