  • 1 slice syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Cover a bundt cake mold with a light layer of butter or cooking spray and flour.

    Place 4 to 6 slices of pineapple at the bottom of the mold.

    Pour 1 cup of sugar into a pan and caramelize the sugar by heating it up on low heat until it becomes dark and somewhat liquefied. Add the caramelized sugar into the cake mold onto the pineapples.

    Melt the butter in a small pot, and then add the remaining sugar into the pot and mix well. Add the melted butter to a bowl and allow to cool slightly.

    Add the eggs and mix well.

    Add the milk, flour, baking powder and pineapple syrup and mix everything well.

    Pour the mixture into the bundt cake mold.
