Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter over low heat in cake pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches.

3Mix in brown sugar; drain pineapple and add to sugar mixture.

4Prepare cake mix.

5Pour over pineapple mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.

6Place serving plate on top.

7Let cool a few minutes before turning over.

8Serve warm or cool, plain or with whipped cream.
