Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 6 maraschino cherries
- 10 pineapple slices
- reserved pineapple juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan; stir in brown sugar.

2Place pineapple slices (4 on each side and 4 halves down center).

3Put 1/2 of cherry in center of each ring.

4Mix cake by directions on box, using reserved pineapple juice for water.

5Add water if necessary.

6Pour over pineapple.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

8Invert on plate.
