- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
- 5 fluid oz. whipping cream
- 11 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. almonds for topping
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin using 1 1/2 cups water.

2Chill until almost set.

3Whip until light and fluffy.

4Fold in whipped cream and pineapple.

5Pour into serving dish and chill until firm.

6Decorate with almonds.
