Pineapple Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. walnuts (optional)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
Directions

1Put dry ingredients in a bowl; mix.

2Add eggs, pineapple and nuts.

3Stir by hand.

4Put in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or large cookie sheet with 1-inch rim.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350° and 45 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Do not cool.

7Frost immediately with frosting.

8Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
