Pineapple Yogurts

  • 4 slices pineapple in syrup or fresh pineapple
  • 5 5/8 tablespoons sugar + 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 3/8 cups milk I use semi-skimmed or skim
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
  • 1 plain yogurt

Directions

    Cut the pineapple slices and let them boil with 70 g of sugar.

    Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until the fruit is cooked and soft.

    Distribute the syrup by the yogurt bottles.

    Heat the milk and powdered milk with a teaspoon of sugar and when it starts to boil, turn it off.

    Let it cool until it is warm (test with your finger) and add the yogurt.

    Stir well with a whisk, blender or food processor.

    Distribute the liquid by the yogurt cups and let them ferment in the yogurt maker for 12 hours.

    Remove the yogurts from the yogurt maker, put the lids on and refrigerate for 4 hours before eating.
