  • 2 cups shredded zucchini (squeezed dry in paper towel)
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
