  • 1 16 oz can pineapple, crushed or chunked
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 small box strawberry gelatin, dry

    Mix all ingredients, except gelatin. Stir gelatin in last. Chill about 2 hours. Can be fixed with low calorie ingredients.
