  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. cooked, mashed pinto beans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat all ingredients together except pecans.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Put pecans on top and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 375°; bake until firm in center.
