- 1 cup Cooked Pinto Beans
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 can Coconut
- 2 sticks Melted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 whole Uncooked Pie Shells
Directions

1Rinse your beans and drain. (You can use canned ones.)

2Mash beans well.

3Beat eggs and add beans and all other ingredients and mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Cook until set)

5This pie freezes well.
