- 1/2 c. left over mashed pinto beans
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix beans, butter, and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

3Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

4Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

5Do not preheat oven.

6Pinto beans should be cooked like you would cook them but not seasoned with ham.

7Can be baked as one pie.
