- 2 cans pinto beans, drained (or use leftovers)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; toss lightly together.

2Pour into a 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole (flat works best).

3Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

4Bake 10 minutes at 450°, until bread crumbs are brown and mixture is bubbly.
