- 1 chunk salt pork (2 x 2-inch)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. molasses (dark)
- 1/5 bunch calandro (tops, not stems)
- 6 or 7 chilly petins if available
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick season all
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Add all ingredients and cook very slow until tender in enough water to cover the beans.
