- 1 1/2 c. pintos
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- salt
- meat grease
Directions

1Cook pintos until about half done; drain water off.

2Put pintos in the mixture of cornmeal, flour and soda.

3Mold into baseball size balls.

4Put into a pot of boiling water.

5Cook slowly for about 1/2 hour.

6Remove from water.

7Cut open; pour meat grease over them and salt to taste.
