   Cut up meat into small pieces and mix into cream cheese.

   Add cheese and onion. Stir together.

   Add tabasco.

   You can also add sliced olives.

   Take your tortilla and put the mixture in the center and spread.

   Roll it up and continue filling the tortillas until the mixture is gone.

   Refrigerate overnight.

   Slice them up and serve with picante or guacamole.
