  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • nuts, cherries and chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes; then add all wet ingredients and beat another 2 minutes.

    Add nuts, cherries and chips, if wanted.

    Put in a greased pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
