Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 sticks of oleo or butter
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 - 16 oz. cool whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large box pistachio pudding (other flavors can be used)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Melt oleo or butter and add flour then add 1/2 c. nuts. Pat into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
