Pistachio Loaf

Directions

   Mix cake mix and pudding together dry.

   Pour oil, water, eggs and sour cream.

   Beat; set aside.

   Mix in small bowl sugar and cinnamon.

   Grease 2 large loaf pans.

   Layer cake mixture, then sugar/cinnamon mixture, making 3 layers, cinnamon/sugar last. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
