  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. coconut
  • nuts or cherries (optional)

    Drain pineapple very well.

    Fold in marshmallows (colored ones give a colorful effect) and coconut.

    Can top with nuts and/or cherries.
