- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm sourdough or French rolls
- 1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook ground beef, sausage and onion together.

2Drain well. Cook broccoli and drain well.

3Add all ingredients together and mix well.

4Cut one end of roll; remove insides.

5Fill with mixture.

6Roll in melted margarine and sprinkle with garlic powder.

7Bake at 400° until golden brown.
