  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm sourdough or French rolls
  • 1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook ground beef, sausage and onion together.

    Drain well. Cook broccoli and drain well.

    Add all ingredients together and mix well.

    Cut one end of roll; remove insides.

    Fill with mixture.

    Roll in melted margarine and sprinkle with garlic powder.

    Bake at 400° until golden brown.
