Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 small pkg. chopped raw broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 pkg. rolls

Directions

    Cook first 3 ingredients together, drain.

    Mix in cheese until melted and then add cooked rice and broccoli (broken into small pieces). Cut top off of roll and pull out inside.

    Fill with mixture (one to two tablespoons).

    Replace top of roll.

    May be wrapped separately and stored in freezer until ready for use. Take out, thaw and brush with garlic butter.

    Place in oven on 350° or until brown.

    Temperature determined on individual oven. When wrapped individually, you can take out as many as needed. Filling makes about 21 rolls.
