- 1 pkg. dry yeast (1 Tbsp.)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. warm water
- 9 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine yeast, sugar and water; let stand 5 minutes.

2Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.

3Turn dough onto well-floured surface.

4Divide dough in half.

5Cover half and set aside.

6Divide one portion of dough into 10 equal pieces.

7Knead each piece until smooth and elastic.

8Shape each into a ball. Cover with a damp towel.

9Repeat process with second half of dough.

10Let dough rise in warm place 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

11Place each ball on well floured surface and roll into a 6-inch circle.

12Cover with damp towel and let rise 1 hour.
