- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chives (dry or fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- salt to taste
- 6 pita rounds
Directions

1Mix together first 6 ingredients.

2Let stand covered at room temperature for 1 hour.

3Cut pita bread in half and then tear open. Spread the butter mixture on inside and put on baking sheet.

4Cook in oven for 5 minutes or until crisp at 450°.
