  • 3 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons granulated yeast
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt (i use less - tsp rather than tbsp)
  • 6 and 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
