- 2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry active yeast
- 2 c. very hot water
Directions

1Mix all the above together.

2Add more flour up to 4 cups to make a soft dough.

3Roll out onto a floured board.

4Knead 10 minutes.

5Place dough into a greased bowl.

6Cover and let rise 2 hours until double in bulk.

7Punch down; let rest 10 minutes. Divide into 6 parts.

8Roll out into 8 or 9-inch circle.

9Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
-
10Bake at 450° for 5 to 8 minutes or lightly brown.
