- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Cream the Crisco, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.

2Sift flour, salt and baking powder.

3Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

4Add vanilla and lemon flavoring; beat well.

5Bake in a tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
