- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Mix water, yeast and sugar.

2Let stand until bubbly (about 10 minutes).

3Add salt and flour (1 cup at a time).

4Mix with wooden spoon.

5When mixture gets too difficult to stir, use hands and knead into a ball, adding flour as needed.

6Divide ball into two. Form into balls and put on floured surface.

7Cover and let rise (about 30 to 45 minutes).

8Form dough into pizza pan; top with sauce, cheese and favorite toppings.

9Bake in 450° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
