- Flour, for surface
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon good quality coarse salt
Directions

1Position the oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.

2Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to 1/2-inch thick.

3Transfer the dough to a heavy large baking sheet.
