  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 large jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
  • 3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni

Directions

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and drain.

    Combine noodles with butter, grated Parmesan cheese and eggs.

    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Brown ground meat with onions; drain.

    Spoon atop spaghetti.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over all and sprinkle liberally with Mozzarella cheese. Arrange slices of pepperoni over the surface.

    Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.

    Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes.

    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
