- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add vegetable oil and salt. Gradually add flour until dough is well blended and is not sticky to touch.

3Let rise until double, 30 to 40 minutes.

4Punch down. Spread to cover pizza pan.

5Makes one large or 2 small pizzas.
