Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine some flour, yeast, oregano and salt.

2Gradually add water and oil to dry ingredients.

3Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.

4Add egg and more flour.
-
5Beat 2 minutes on high speed.

6Add enough flour to make a soft dough and knead for six minutes.

7Place in a greased bowl and turn to grease top.

8Let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.

9Punch down on floured surface and roll for two pie crusts.

10Add toppings and bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom of the crust.
