- 2 c. warm water (115~ to 120~)
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 5 c. unsifted flour
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In small bowl, combine water and yeast.

2Stir until dissolved. Combine flour and salt; stir in yeast until moistened.

3Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 5 to 7 minutes.

4Add flour to prevent sticking.

5Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides.

6Let rise in draft-free place about 2 hours. Punch dough down.

7Cover with inverted bowl; let rest 15 minutes. Makes 2 crusts.

8Cover with your favorite sauce, toppings and cheese.

9Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
