  • 1 cup Reduced fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese; divided
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Diced and seeded plum tomato
  • 1/4 cup Diced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 Crackers or bread sticks to dip

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper flakes

    Spread into 9 inch pipe plate coated with cooking spray.

    Top with remaining mozzarella cheese

    Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.
