- 1 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese; divided
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup Diced and seeded plum tomato
- 1/4 cup Diced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 Crackers or bread sticks to dip

1In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper flakes
