Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

2Let rest until foamy.

3In a large bowl, mix the flour and garlic salt.

4Add olive oil to yeast mixture.

5Make well in flour and add yeast mixture; stir to combine.

6If too sticky, add more flour.

7Knead on a floured board until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed. Pat dough into ball.

8Put in large bowl and set in a warm place covered with a clean towel for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

9Punch down dough and divide into 2 equal portions.

10Roll out on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.

11Place on pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

12Makes 2 (12-inch) pizzas.

13Top with your sauce and toppings.

14Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes.
