  • 3 c. water
  • 7 to 9 c. flour
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Knead until well mixed.

    Cover and let stand 20 to 30 minutes.

    Uncover.

    Knead again and roll into crust shapes (makes 3 to 4 crusts). Top with desired toppings. Bake at 425° for approximately 20 minutes.
