Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast (Rapid Rise)
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in a small bowl; let stand 2 minutes.

2Place flour and salt in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.

3Pulse twice to combine.

4Add yeast mixture and combine with on-off turns until just moistened.

5With machine running, pour oil through feed tube and process just until dough begins to leave sides of work bowl and form a ball.

6Knead approximately 1 minute until smooth and elastic.

7Form into a ball and place in oiled bowl, turning to oil top.

8Cover and let rise until doubled in size (15 to 20 minutes).

9Shape into pizza crust and proceed with your own topping recipe.

10Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
