Ingredients

  • 4.5 cups (675g) strong (baker's) flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 0.25 cup(60ml) olive oil
  • 2 cups (430ml) iced water

Directions

    Mix Flour, Yeast and Salt in bowl. With a wodden spoon mix in oil and water until combined.

    Knead by hand in the bowl for 10 minutes, working dough in circular motion until dough is sticky, smooth and elastic.

    Place in oiled bowl and cover with cling film.

    Place in refrigerator overnight.

    2 hours prior to use, remove from refrigerator and rest to room temperature.

    Remove from bowl, and roll into 10 inch (250 mm) log and then dust with flour.

    Divide into five pieces and roll pieces into ball.

    Roll dough onto pizza trays and top with ingredients of choice. Bake for 10 minutes in hot oven 430F(220C)
