Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1 34 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions

1Disovle sugar in warm water.

2Sprinkle in yeast and allow to set until it's foamy.

3Add flour, salt and oil and mix for 7 mins in electic mixer.

4Remove from mixer and allow to rise in an oiled bowl until doubled in size.

5Punch down and then split in two and allow to rise a second time.

6Roll into pizza size desired and add toppings.

7Bake in 550 degree oven until golden brown.
