Ingredients

  • 2 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
  • 4 teaspoons dry active yeast
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 5 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

Directions

    whisk yeast into warm water and let sit 10 minutes.

    blend all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

    add Olive oil and water/yeast mix into dry ingredients.

    mix to a stiff dough.

    cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

    punch down and cut into 2 equal portions.

    round, cover and let rest 5 more minutes.

    flatten by hand or with a rolling pin on a floured surface.

    transfer to a pizza pan or screen.

    top with whatever sauce, cheese and toppings that you like.

    bake in a 425 degree oven for about 23 minutes.
