Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
- 4 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 14 cup olive oil
- 5 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions

1whisk yeast into warm water and let sit 10 minutes.

2blend all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

3add Olive oil and water/yeast mix into dry ingredients.

4mix to a stiff dough.

5cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

6punch down and cut into 2 equal portions.

7round, cover and let rest 5 more minutes.

8flatten by hand or with a rolling pin on a floured surface.

9transfer to a pizza pan or screen.

10top with whatever sauce, cheese and toppings that you like.

11bake in a 425 degree oven for about 23 minutes.
