- 2 c. warm water
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. white flour
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Use ingredients in order given.

2Mix and knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough.

3Let rise until it has doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.

4Divide in half to make 2 (14-inch) round pizzas or 1 large.

5Place on a cookie sheet.

6Put favorite toppings on and bake about 12 to 15 minutes at 500°.
