  • 5 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 14 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve sugar, yeast and salt in water.

    Add flour and mix, then knead good.

    Let rise at least 1 hour.

    Store leftovers in icebox and is better the next day.

    Bake at 450°.

    Makes 4 crusts.
