- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 14 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve sugar, yeast and salt in water.

2Add flour and mix, then knead good.

3Let rise at least 1 hour.

4Store leftovers in icebox and is better the next day.

5Bake at 450°.
