- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in salt and oil. Gradually add flour and sugar.

3Beat until smooth, then turn out on lightly floured board and knead until dough is elastic.

4Place dough in a deep bowl; brush top with oil and cover.

5Let rise in warm place until double in size.

6Divide; roll each into ball. Press with fingers on pizza pan.

7Top with topping and bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
