- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Measure the yeast.

2Pour into a small bowl.

3Measure the sugar and pour into the same bowl.

4Add 1/4 cup water; let yeast bubble for a few minutes.

5Measure 3/4 cup water and pour into a large mixing bowl.

6Add the yeast mixture to large bowl.

7Measure the oil and add to yeast mixture.

8Next, add salt and flour to mixture.

9Use hands to form a round ball.

10Let dough rest for 5 minutes.

11When dough has rested for 5 minutes, press into pizza pan that has a thin coat of vegetable oil on it.

12Then add sauce and your favorite toppings.

13Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
