  • 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces pepperoni
  • 12 lb of cooked ground sausage
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar pizza sauce

Directions

    On a greased baking sheet, roll out the thawed dough into a 15 X 11 inch rectangle.

    In a bowl, combine the egg whites, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper.

    Brush over the dough.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sausage.

    Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the long side.

    Pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.

    Please seam-side down, brush with remaining egg white mixture.
